Resident Electrical Engineer - Solar PV Projects - Renewable Energy - England, United Kingdom - Initial 4 month Contract Position (Possible Extension)

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a proven tracker record of managing complex EPC projects? As the Resident Electrical Engineer, you will work across multiple large scale Solar PV sites in England.

Conduct daily HV, MV, and LV electrical inspections, audits and oversee commissioning to ensure safety and compliance.

* Prepare detailed reports within 3 days of site visits, address system integrity and remotely follow up on unresolved issues.

* Review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure adherence to electrical quality standards and resolve design deviations.

* Collaborate with project teams and contractors to ensure compliance and resolve electrical safety or quality concerns.

* Provide regular updates to the project team, attend meetings and communicate findings from site inspections and commissioning.

A degree or an equally valued qualification within Electrical Engineering or similar related field

* Fluency in English for all written and verbal communications

* Proficiency in quality control and compliance

* Start Date: ASAP, can wait until the end of October for the right candidate

* Employment Term: Minimum 4 month contract (Possibility of extension)

* Working Arrangement: 4 days of site visits with 1 day WFH to produce and submit reports
