Holt Engineering are seeking an experienced Conformal Coating Technician to join our manufacturing team in Fareham.

The Conformal Coating Technician will play a critical role in applying protective coatings to electronic components and assemblies to ensure their reliability and longevity in various environments.

This role is working Monday to Thursday 7.00 with an early finish on the Fridays 14:30 and is paying £12-£13ph

The main duties of the Conformal Coating Technician will be:

Applying conformal coatings to electronic components and PCB assemblies.
Set up and maintain coating equipment
Handle and store coating materials safely
Maintain accurate records of coating processes
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when working with chemicals and coating equipment.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to continuously improve coating processes and quality standards.
Monitor and manage coating material inventoryThe successful Conformal Coating Technician will need:

Previous experience with application of Conformal Coating
