IT Support Analyst - Global Law firm

Join the global IT support team of a leading US Law Firm, based in London. As part of this team, you will provide IT support to users in the London office - the firm’s largest satellite office, which has impressively doubled in recent years. Although based in London, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple offices across the globe.

The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Legal IT Support Analyst to deliver outstanding 1st and 2nd line IT support to users in our Central London office. As part of this high-performing team, you’ll handle a variety of technical challenges, work on exciting IT projects, and collaborate with colleagues from offices worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for users in the London office.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless IT operations across global offices.
  • Participate in projects to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
  • Offer occasional on-site IT support during business trips in Europe.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Professional Experience: Previous IT support experience in a professional services environment, ideally within the legal sector.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with Legal systems like iManage, Intapp, Elite 3e, BigHand
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, iOS device support, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • AV system experience (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex
