Located in the community of Westhill, our Dental & Implant Clinic is a well-regarded private practice who have supported patients for 30 years providing a wide range of general, specialist and cosmetic surgery. We provide clinical excellence in dentistry and our renowned services and dental expertise are utilised in our skilled approach to the individual needs of each and every patient.
Our Practice Managers areresponsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and Employed) to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do and in order to drive practice growth, increase revenue opportunities, and operate the effective day-to-day financial management and logistics of the practice.
Part-time hours – 32 hours, 4 days per week (Mon to Thurs 8.Practice Manager bonus scheme - our colleagues are key to Portman Dentex’s success, so you’ll be entitled to a bonus based on your practice’s performance

You will ideally have previous management experience within a dental practice
Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
