Job Description

The Role:

Our longstanding client is looking for a Senior Project Architect to join their friendly and social team within their healthcare sector to work a major generational project within the UK.

The ideal candidate would have a portfolio boasting various large-scale projects within the healthcare sector and would be an avid Revit user. With previous experience of leading healthcare projects from early design development to delivery stages along with team leading skills, you would be a pivotal member within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall team within the sector whilst ensuring overall decision intent for a large healthcare project
  • Supervise technical resolutions and coordinate with internal and external teams
  • Deliver the project from concept to completion whilst supporting the wider team
  • With strong Revit proficiency, the ideal candidate would make sure standards are upheld within the BIM software with support of the BIM team
  • Regular client liaison as well as communication with other contractors and vendors from other disciplines
  • Confident in being a collaborative and supportive mentor to the junior members of the team through all stages

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of codes and technical documents within the healthcare sector
  • At least 5 years experience in the healthcare sector is necessary for this role
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • 3D modelling ability is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team through a supportive approach
