Job Title: Part time Office / Accounts Assistant
78 per hour (DOE)
Shifts: 20-23 hours per week - days / hours flexible to suit you
Contract Type: Permanent
Our client, a well-established, family led Manufacturer in the Leigh area with over 40 years in business, are currently looking for a Part time Office / Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Part time Office / Accounts Assistant your duties will be.
" Respond swifty to customer enquiries via email and telephone
" Monthly reconciliation of accounts and credit card payments
" Manage sales ledger accounts and process monthly statements. Manage accounts by processing adjustments, expense invoices, refunds and credit notes
" Credit management - keeping records up to date and instructing debt collection agencies where necessary
" Process payroll for a small number of staff
" The successful Part time Office / Accounts Assistant will have the following skills.
" Understanding of account procedures
