As an UKG Configuration Consultant , you will be working within the retails/logistics domain in UK. You will perform the UKG Pro configuration development within the Platform as part of the Implementation.
Work closely with Project Managers and Solution Architect, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time.
Assist Services teams with integration discovery and scoping.
Lead all aspects of UKG PRO Workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development.
Develop strong relationships with our third-party service providers; ensuring support and development services meet and exceed expectations.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; Ability to assist Services teams with integration discovery and scoping.
Excellent organisational and time management skills to include the ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and effectively manage projects in a diverse organisation.
Ability to be flexible with working hours and travel as required to support business priorities & deadlines.
Experienced creating detailed functional implementation plans and migrating changes into production.
Good understanding of the UK/EU compliance and Legal standards such as GDPR.
Payroll management/processing experience.
