Senior Estimator
Consortio Recruitment Group has partnered with a leading Civil Engineering company and we require a Senior Estimator to join them. Specialising in groundwork projects on Tier 1 housing developments, you will be joining a company with a turnover of 250 M per year and growing from strength to strength. Our client remain a privately owned family company enabling them to focus on being a safe and high quality civil engineering company.
Their growth is organic and funded through their own debt-free investment, so stability and progression is definitely on offer with our client. One of the biggest factors in their success is combining the personal approach of a family business whilst being able to ensure they can undertake the largest and most complex of projects and thus meet the expectations of their client base.
The role will be office based and you will be joining a commercial team in this office consisting of a Trainee estimator, Commercial manager, Commercial Director, Quantity Surveyor and an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Estimator. The purpose of the role will be to assist the Commercial Manager/Director in producing accurate take-offs and subsequent bills of quantities. The role will involve supporting and developing the commercial team including assistants and trainee’s.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
