We are looking for a talented, innovative, and passionate Data Scientist to join our dynamic digital team. In line with our core values of innovation, evidence-based decision-making, integrity, teamwork, and respect, you will be instrumental in advancing our digital products and enhancing our machine capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and extract actionable insights that will help shape our digital solutions and optimize device usage. Analyze clinical and machine-generated datasets to extract actionable insights.
Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and offer analytical support.
Identify ways to enhance product performance and improve patient outcomes.
Maintain high data quality and integrity through effective data governance practices.
Partner with IT and Digital teams to streamline and enhance data processing workflows.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, particularly in transplantation research.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in digital solutions, in line with the organization’s values of evidence and integrity.

Proven experience in collaborating with both internal and external teams to successfully deliver projects.
Proficiency in technical computing languages such as Python, R, MATLAB, or Julia.
Experience with data analysis libraries like SciPy, NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, or related R packages.
Competency in general-purpose programming languages such as C#, F#, Java, or Scala.
NET framework, VS Code, and SQL databases.
Strong foundation in descriptive statistics and machine learning techniques.
Preferably experienced in integrating data from third-party APIs and creating research tools like R packages or Jupyter Notebooks.
Background in life sciences, medical devices, digital health, or predictive maintenance is desirable.

Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Certifications in data science or machine learning are a plus.
