Recruitment Consultant - Digital Marketing

Basic c. £35-45k

OTE £80k +

Based Central London

Person

  • Experienced Permanent Digital Marketing Recruiter.
  • Will require someone with a track record of billing and knowledge of this market.
  • Should enjoy building client relationships and creating a client network.
  • Strong resourcing skills, able to network, engage and work credibly with people at all levels.
  • In addition, able to market map research and headhunt to attract best candidates.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, able to work a grown-up environment.

  • Working as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant
  • Joining a team of 3 working across the Digital Marketing space
  • Roles include positions from mid – senior level appointments.
  • Salaries range from £40-120k +
  • Mostly contingent but some retained roles
  • They use search methodology to attract candidates – research, mapping, headhunting.
  • You will have the opportunity to choose a market area that is of interest to you.
  • Able to capitalise on their client network to build your own relationships.
  • Billing expectation is £200k + in a normal market.
