E xperience required : Strong administrative and people skills. Able to multitask and speak to stakeholders and have a strong eye for detail. Clear communicator and can deal in a fast paced setting.

Job Purpose:

To achieve agreed performance targets and contribute to consistent growth of the account by ensuring fulfilment of orders received and effectively managing employee relations, whilst maintaining high levels of compliance in co-operation with the local and wider account team. This is an on-site office-based role with some travel required to other sites within the account.

Job Duties:

  • All recruitment orders are fulfilled within the agreed SLA requirements and KPI targets achieved.
  • Proactively identifies and meets additional recruitment and fulfilment needs with a goal to achieve 100% fulfilment across sites.
  • Ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with Manpower's values and standards.
  • Supports Contract Manager in all workforce RTWI, counselling and disciplinary matters.
  • Resolves contingent workforce and client queries promptly and accurately.
  • Maintains accurate database records and highly accurate reporting.
  • Maintains and drives high worker and client service satisfaction levels/scores.
  • Swiftly identifies, responds (and escalate when required) to issues that could put Manpower at risk of not meeting contractual obligations.
  • To ensure that all activity complies with all Company policies, procedures and legal requirements including health and safety and employment
  • To ensure high levels of on-boarding compliance
  • To take a proactive approach to co-ordinating staffing levels and respond with pace and agility to changing client requirements.
