Compensation Benefits Manager

We are working with a world leading sports rightsholder to work within their payroll department, and oversee all national and international payroll management for all employees, and manage relationships with global partners and providers.
For this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage payroll processing partnerships and meet deadlines
- Set up payroll for new entities and new territories
- Design and implement new payroll solutions
- Ensure all aspects are compliant with laws in all employee locations
- Work with Talent Acquisition to develop bonus and compensations for current and new employees, along with a hands on approach with hiring processes
The must-haves and desirables:
- Be able to work to deadlines, have excellent time management, compliance management and a good relationship builder
- 7+ years of payroll experience
- Some international payroll experience
- Experience implementing benefits incentives
- Hay Korn Ferry job sizing methodology accredited
Our client is paying between £50k-£60k for the right person.
