A prestigious UK law firm with a strong presence in Scotland is seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate (3+ years PQE) to join its Commercial Services team, specialising in Commercial Contracts, IP/IT, and Data Privacy.
This is a unique chance to work with a market-leading team, ranked top-tier for its data protection and information law practice. You'll advise a diverse client base across the UK and internationally, spanning sectors from technology to regulated industries like food, medical devices, and cosmetics.
Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
Advising on data protection, IP, outsourcing, and procurement matters.
Supporting major projects and transactional due diligence.
Contributing to the integration of AI tools into legal workflows.
Qualified solicitor (Scotland or England & Wales) with 3-8 years PQE.
Strong experience in commercial contracts and data protection.
Interest in legal tech and AI innovation.
