  • Writing, developing, and proving out cutting-edge measurement systems and programs.

  • Dive into the nitty-gritty with hands-on inspection techniques using state-of-the-art tools, from Mahr surface finish and form-tracing equipment to micrometers and attribute gauges.
  • Showcase your expertise in preparing FAIRs, ISIRs, and supporting documents that set the gold standard.
Your Role:
  • Master the art of Zeiss CMM programming.
  • Dive deep into manufacturing processes with a passion for innovation.
  • Read engineering and manufacturing drawings like a pro.
  • Showcase your experience in base metrology, measuring by first principles.
  • Navigate the world of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) with confidence.
  • Be the expert in Measurements System Analysis (MSA), making precision a habit.
  • Get hands-on with various measuring and testing equipment, both contact and non-contact, analog, and digital.
  • Unleash your problem-solving prowess and support root cause analysis with finesse.
  • Command a wealth of knowledge on concessions, containment procedures, and traceability techniques.
  • Keep an eagle eye on aerospace quality requirements (AS9100, various ISO).
  • Contribute to Gauge R&R studies that set the benchmark.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Bring a minimum of 3-8 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering and at least 5 years expertise in Calypso CMM programming.
  • Embrace autonomy while being an indispensable team player.
  • Possess a degree in Metrology FD, Mechanical Engineering/Diploma, equivalent certification, or a proven industry track record.
