As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to join their team, with a particular focus on YouTube and social media advertising.
As a Paid Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our advertising strategies on YouTube and other social media platforms. Your expertise in paid media will drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our diverse client base. This role demands a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and a keen understanding of digital marketing trends.
Design and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to meet client objectives, with a focus on YouTube and social media platforms.
Manage all aspects of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting, ensuring high ROI for clients.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the digital landscape.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content that resonates with target audiences.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results continuously.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media management, with a strong focus on YouTube and social media advertising.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid media campaigns that have achieved or exceeded objectives.
Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Creative thinker with an eye for detail and an ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., A competitive salary package and performance bonuses.
