The Role: Research Director
As a Research Director at Branding Science, you'll be at the helm of transformative research projects, driving strategic insights and fostering client relationships. Lead & Innovate : Manage accounts, develop new business, and create impactful research projects that address client challenges.
Guide and mentor junior team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and achieve their career aspirations.
Collaborate & Thrive : Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive growth and innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.

Extensive background in primary pharma research with knowledge across various therapy areas.
Leadership Acumen : Proven track record in leading insights teams and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
Client-Centric Approach : Exceptional communication skills and consultative mindset, building lasting relationships beyond research execution.
Commercial Insight : Understanding of the drug commercialisation process and the evolving landscape of the pharmaceutical industry.
