Facilities and Admin Manager

About Us At DaVita UK, we provide dialysis care for over 2,000 patients across 27 clinics across the UK. We’re part of DaVita International who are focused on transforming care and improve quality of life for people receiving dialysis treatment globally. DaVita (UK) Ltd is looking for a Facilities Operational Administrator to be part of a small team providing both clerical, administrative and operative support to clinics and other departments, either as part of a team or individually with relevant IT and organisational skills. The role is office based in out head office at Collier's wood SW19 2JD.
Being a Facilities Administrator is a broad role with lots of different elements. Supporting the Facilities Team as hands-on operative and complementary administrative work.
Estimated 60% time may be needed to attend to units to carry on light handy man works as per plan and as requested.
Reporting into the Facilities Manager (FM) and working with him to ensure the smooth running of the facilities and the delivery of reports.
Support Facilities Management travelling to units as per plan and when requested.
This includes communicating with ROMs, Clinic Manager and Contractors to arrange access for works tracing and repair.
Support Procurement related processes, ensure compliance with the DaVita policies and procedures.
Responsible for recording relevant accurate information on all Services and Suppliers relating to Facilities & Maintenance
Provide administrative support to Facilities Manager.
Be the first point of contact for the on-site Facilities Team in relation to all telephone enquiries, emails and letters. Where appropriate deal with the correspondence proactively and reply on behalf of the Facilities Team. Support complaints management related to Facilities, any queries or accidents related to works going on in sites.
Staying overnight or weekend work or travelling may be requested occasionally.
Support special projects, facilities related such as carbon reduction plans, recycling, etc., as directed by Facilities Manager.
UK Driving License.
IPAF Certificate desirable.
Handy-man skills.
Excellent communication & computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet etc)
Phone etiquette and communication skills
Clerical skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Salary depending upon experience.
Monday – Friday working days
