About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Apprenticeship Team due to continue delivery and future growth in meeting the needs with our contract with Dorset Council, we are looking to appoint an experienced Apprenticeship Training Co-Ordinator with experience in Business Administration.

Working within the Apprenticeship Team you will be responsible for delivering excellent training and mentorship to help learners achieve their Business Administration Apprenticeship. This will include 1:1 online delivery sessions, setting personalised learning plans to motivate and inspire apprentices to achieve and progress onto higher levels of study and/or career progression. There will be a requirement to conduct online assessments to monitor development and generating evidence to assist with the Gateway and End Point Assessment requirements.

A collaborative team player, you will be able to quickly build strong and effective relationships across both organisations, as well as demonstrating the ability to effectively plan and deliver remote sessions ensuring consistency and quality.

Applicants may be interested in full or part time hours and we are keen to hear from you if you have a flexible approach to work. You will need to be teacher and assessor trained. Due to the nature of the contract this can be a remote working position.

Part time applications, for 22.2 hours or more, would be considered.
