Are you an experienced Contact Centre Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client, is looking for a Analytical and Performance Driven Manager to join their team in Manchester City Centre. As a Contact Centre Manager, you’ll enjoy a basic salary of up to £40K per annum, with an OTE of £50K. As the Contact Centre Manager you’ll be:
Leading and managing a team of 7 Agents, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with digital aggregators and third-party partners.
Utilising data analytics tools to track and analyse dialler performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
As the Contact Centre Manager, you’ll receive:

The ideal Contact Centre Manager will have:
Proven experience in dialler management within the financial services industry.
A strong understanding of digital aggregator platforms and lead generation processes.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using analytics tools.
