Job Description

  • Billing Coordinator:


  • Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes.
  • Month-end closing of the billing group information.
  • Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes.
  • Assist with the implementation of a new billing system.
  • Provide support to the rest of the Accounting & Finance team.
  • Special project as requested by management.
  • Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.
  • Assist in team development and mentoring.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Billing Coordinator should have:

  • An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Proficient in computer systems including MS Excel and billing software.
  • Strong knowledge of Professional Services sector.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a team and independently.
