Job Introduction Here at LFC, we are looking for experienced hospitality supervisors to join our casual team. You will be required to supervise sections our hospitality areas on match days and events.
We are looking for individuals who have experience managing hospitality areas at supervisor level . You will have strong management skills, with the ability to build a rapport with clients and staff alike and set the standards to sustain effort to achieve exceptional customer service.
Supervising the food & beverage service team within the hospitality areas.
Attend mandatory and other training as required including online training.
Co-ordinating the entire operation of the area ensuring an efficient service of the highest standards.
Supervise training, implementing it into your match day team and assist with team training and development of your area.
This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
