Astute's Renewables team is exclusively partnering with a major player in the Anaerobic Digestion sector to recruit a Contract Plant Manager / Site Manager on a 3 month contract for its Northern Ireland site. There is every chance this contract could be longer.

The Plant Manager / Site Manager role comes with an excellent day rate and all expenses covered, including flights and accommodation.

Key skills
  • Managing a food waste AD plant on a day to day basis
  • Managing the shift teams who work a 24/7 shift pattern
  • Handling all compliance and legislative issues on site
  • Taking a handover from the exiting Plant Manager and maintaining optimal plant operations until the appointment of a permanent Site Manager
  • Maintaining engagement with the staff, looking for continuous improvement opportunities where you can

Location, remuneration and timeframe of the Plant Manager role
  • Northern Ireland
  • Day rate is negotiable but highly competitive
  • Flights and accommodation covered
  • Flights to and from England every other weekend can be included to be back with family if required
  • Outside IR35
