Furniture Upholsterer Our clinet based in Bradford is looking for a Furniture Upholsterer to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to join their expanding team. This is a temporary to permanent position after succesfull probationary period. Your duties as Furniture Upholsterer are:

  • To prepare fabric and components for use in upholstery and/or soft furnishings.
  • To upholster items of furniture involving preparation of the frame for upholstery, application of suspensions and filling materials.
  • To be able to use a hand held staple gun, screw gun and other hand tools.
  • Maintaining a high level of quality and meeting production efficiency
  • Carry out cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and machinery
Furniture Upholsterer Experience: 1 year minimum working in an Upholsterer role The ability to produce a good quality product with excellent attention to detail. Practical skills, manual dexterity, especially hand skills and co-ordination. A positive mind-set with a ‘can do’ attitude.
