The person

  • Previous office management experience
  • Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
  • Experience of managing service providers
  • Comfortable with travel between sites
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

  • Base salary circa £40K
  • Bonus targeted 10%

The role

  • Overseeing upkeep and maintenance of buildings and equipment (e.g. resolutions with landlords for and service companies)
  • Managing services and service providers, (e.g. Cleaning, catering, security, parking)
  • Manage all aspects of space/infrastructure planning (e.g new starters, security and access, changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions when requested
  • PA support to CEO/Directors
  • Organising visits, visitor and travel plans
  • Co-ordinating corporate and company events
  • Creating efficient buying for both sites
  • Taking inventory and ordering of office supplies
