The skills and qualities required for the role are excellent communication and listening skills, highly organised, and having the ability to take initiative. Thinking outside the box and being creative is essential as you will be supporting children in a fast-paced classroom. HLTA – The school This Primary school is a three-form entry school, set in generous grounds for children from Nursery to Year 6. They offer complete 'Wrap Around Care' (Breakfast Club before school, Teatime Crew after school and Fun Weeks during the school holidays) to support families with very reasonably priced childcare.
