Product Manager (Digital Advertising Portfolio)

As a Product Manager, you will manage one of our product portfolios - Digital Advertising. You will work closely with other Product Managers and the wider Technology team and collaborate across the organisation, including with key stakeholders in our commercial teams, to ensure that our customer experience and commercial requirements are optimised to maximise revenue. You will be experienced in working in an agile environment and confident in using data to drive decision-making and OKRs to deliver results. As this role focuses on digital advertising, you should have experience working with tools such as Google Ad Manager and understand advertising client needs and services.
Set a clear and inspiring vision for the portfolio area and, in collaboration with the Head of Product and senior stakeholders, agree on and monitor OKRs.
Use customer and client research and data to drive decisions.
In collaboration with stakeholders, use competitor analysis, research, and data to define the roadmap for the product portfolio area.
Collaboration: Stakeholder management across the organisation, from Leadership Team, Legal, Content, Editorial, Commercial, Finance and Marketing teams to other Products Managers, Engineering team, Customer Experience and Data teams.
Groom the backlog, prioritise discovery tasks and stories for development, and review analytical data to inform prioritisation. Proven experience (3+ years) in a product management role, preferably within the media industry or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions.
Experience working in an Agile development environment, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
Specific Experience (Digital Advertising)
Experience working with and integrating digital advertising products, including Google Ad Manager, prebid/header bidding, programmatic platforms, DMP and Facebook Audience Network.
High proficiency with analytics tools (Excel, Looker, Adobe / Google Analytics, knowledge of SQL a plus) and making data-driven decisions.
