As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our asphalt business and contribute significantly to our mission of sustainable construction.
Develop and execute the regional business strategy for the asphalt division, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Lead and inspire your team to achieve commercial growth and expand our market share whilst maintaining a focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and community representatives, to enhance business development.
Who We Are Looking For You are an established and visionary leader with a solid track record of delivering business growth, operational excellence, and strategic development. Whilst industry experience is a benefit, we are keen to hear from senior leaders from a range of related heavy industries with experience of growing a business.
You will lead by example and champion strategic customer relations and business development activity.
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, with a knack for building and maintaining strong business relationships.
