The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience of leasehold property management, managing a busy diary, and offering consistently exceptional service.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties and thereby the relationship between the company and its clients
Keep up-to-date property/lessee records on the system
Plan for the future with regards to building maintenance and reserve contributions to include condition reports and long-term plans, where appropriate
Managing and motivating all direct operatives and sub-contractors, ensuring planned works are completed on time, whilst minimising disruption to residents and the public
You'll manage and provide a full cycle Property Management service to a geographically varied portfolio of residential developments. For example, carrying out site inspections, preparing service charge budgets, managing works, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM's
Enjoy working with people and helping to make a difference to enhance their lifestyle on a day-to-day basis
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent knowledge and experience in residential property management, giving clear examples of their problem-solving skills and reliability. The company offer 25 days' annual leave (plus bank holidays), excellent benefits and flexible working. They also offer support with qualifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, IRPM.
