Detailed JD:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with a strong background in cloud development, specifically with OpenStack and Kubernetes DevOps engineering. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of service assurance domains, log collection tools, and Kafka engineering. This role requires a proven ability to design, deploy, maintain, and scale Kafka for large-scale deployments, along with extensive DevOps engineering skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of cloud-based solutions using OpenStack and Kubernetes.

• Ensure service assurance through effective monitoring and logging using tools like Beats, Elastic Agent, and Logstash.

• Design, deploy, maintain, and scale Kafka clusters for large-scale deployments.

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide robust cloud solutions.

• Mentor junior developers and engineers, providing guidance and best practices.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in cloud development with a focus on OpenStack and Kubernetes.

• Strong DevOps engineering skills with proficiency in CI/CD tools.

• In-depth understanding of service assurance domains and related technologies.

• Expertise in log collection tools and technologies (Beats, Elastic Agent, Logstash).

• Proven experience in Kafka engineering, including design, deployment, maintenance, and scaling.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
