Alcohol Practitioner

Belmont Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced recovery workers with experience working with alcohol to work for CGL for 3/6+ months with the potential to lead into a permanent position.
The key duties of this role will be carrying out assessments and creating support plans to highlight the service users needs and barriers preventing them from recovering. You will work in collaboration with GPs, partner organisation staff and other health and social care professionals to deliver a shared care service. Furthermore, you will carry out both 1-1 and group work and to deliver outreach services including provision at a range of locations, offering a range of harm reduction interventions and advice. -You will need an enhanced DBS. -The position will pay £18 p/h. -The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5.
