About the Role

  • Role Starts in SEPTEMBER 2024.
  • There is travel expected in this role and nights away from home - around the South West region - You are provided with a company car. 
  • Can be based around Bridgwater or Exeter 
  • Role is offered on a 24 month basis - incorporating 6 x 3-4 month work placements. These may be in any of the region detailed above.
  • In the South West region we have a wide variety of business areas that you will be working within in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of how SUEZ works within the waste management sector. This will include Industrial and Commercial (I&C), Municipal and PFI. 
  • £27,560 + Company Car + Bonus + Benefits
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.

What will you be doing?

  • You will be working within the Operations Team in the South West region, undertaking a 24 month work rotation with 6 x 3-4 month placements.
  • Throughout these diverse assignments you will learn about different teams and roles; you will also be given individual support from a holistic support network (a HR contact, your mentor and your line manager).
  • This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your knowledge and competency in the waste industry and join our talent pipeline of SUEZ future leaders. 

What are the Requirements?

  • Graduated within the last 3 years in a relevant subject.
  • Full UK driving license 
  • Willing to travel within the regions detailed above - and also to spend some nights away from home. 
  • Willing to relocate within the South West region - if not already located here.
  • Ideally you will already have some work experience through an industrial placement or summer placement to underpin your exceptional academic record.
  • The will to succeed and to progress. 
  • You must have strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen 
  • Formidable leadership qualities.
