Regional Sales Trainer

Start the new year with an exciting opportunity at HONOR Regional Sales Trainer (Mobile - Tech Specialist) Full time, Permanent Salary : £28,000 per annum + up to £9K bonus + company car (or car allowance) + mobile office Working : Monday to Sunday, 5 days over 7 days. 37.5 hours per week Territory : Central England: Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester About The Role Start the New Year with an exciting opportunity to work with HONOR, a leading global technology brand with a fast-growing presence in the UK. We're looking for a driven and passionate Business Development Executive to deliver HONOR's field strategy and grow our brand presence across key retail partners. You will use your insight and initiative to deliver exceptional results turning underperforming stores into success stories, sharing best practices, and building strong commercial relationships that deliver real ROI. Responsibilities: Deliver HONOR's product and field strategy through targeting underperforming stores, using field insight to drive maximum ROI Identify and investigate top sell out stores performance and share of best practices to the a wider cohort of stores Lead, manage, develop, and inspire brand loyalty and sales performance within a cluster of stores Own the cluster of stores from an HONOR commercial perspective by developing and delivering sales strategies which achieve sales targets Support call centre activities and initiatives to drive HONOR sell out Network within the technology community to build a following for each regional retail trainer recognising opportunities and providing essential feedback Support training and sales events to engage with both store colleagues and customers to drive HONOR advocacy and sell out Work alongside current HONOR team adding value and support colleague's regions in a targeted approach What we are looking for: Mobile Phone industry experience Sales or training experience Event support experience Business Development experience Passion for achieving sales targets F ull manual driving license for at least 12 months In return, we will offer you: Great HONOR demo kit and mobile office Full training and ongoing support to enable you to fulfil your role to the best of your potential 21 days annual leave + bank holidays Benefits include: enhanced pension, life assurance, enhanced paternity, maternity & adoption leave + Perkbox and Taste Card If you would like to be part of our success, please apply today.
