About Us: Rapidity is a leading provider of high-quality printing solutions, renowned for our state-of-the-art technology and commitment to the environment. We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Litho Printer to join our team and operate our highly advanced Heidelberg XL 75 press.

Job Description: As a Litho Printer at Rapidity, you will be responsible for running our state-of-the-art Heidelberg XL 75 press, which includes the highest specification features such as Autoplate XL 3, Push to Stop, Wallscreen XL, and Prinect Press Centre. The machine is capable of producing up to 18,000 sheets per hour, ensuring top-tier productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Heidelberg XL 75 press with efficiency and precision.
• Manage and maintain the Autoplate XL 3 system.
• Utilize Push to Stop technology to optimize workflow.
• Monitor production via the Wallscreen XL and Prinect Press Centre.
• Ensure high-quality output while meeting production targets.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the press.
• Collaborate with the production team to streamline processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Litho Printer, preferably with the Heidelberg XL 75 or similar high-specification equipment.
• Strong understanding of Autoplate XL 3, Push to Stop, Wallscreen XL, and Prinect Press Centre.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
