As the Director of Retail Sales, you will be responsible for strategically leading the retail operations of HSL, supporting the Head of Retail to ensure that all stores operate efficiently and profitably. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive and develop the Retail and Home Visit Business, with a key focus on driving sales growth whilst ensuring world-class levels of customer experience through all retail touchpoints.

We are looking for a senior leader who can demonstrate the following:
- Proven career history within retail management with a solid background within retail leadership, preferably at board level
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Understanding high value, low volume markets would be advantageous
- Customer first approach, understanding the HSL target market and their buying habits / needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed and requirement to be in the Head Office a minimum of once a week
