The main purpose of the role is to oversee the technical and functional maintenance of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and its associated services in a lead capacity within our client .

This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of HR processes, maintaining compliance, and facilitating high-quality reporting. The incumbent will be responsible for both day-to-day operations and strategic development of Oracle HCM, navigating changes within the organisation's complex structure to optimise system performance.

Skills/Experience:

  • Proven track record in operating and developing Oracle HCM systems at both operational and strategic levels, demonstrating proficiency in managing systems change within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong background in operational and project management, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in change control and change management processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.


Desirable:

  • Experience with either SQL, Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse, or HCM Extract.
  • Experience in managing systems suppliers and contracts.
  • Previous involvement in managing payroll or payroll systems.
  • Understanding of payroll processes and HR systems.
