Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Location: 5 days a week office based
Are you an accomplished financial leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving growth? Our client, a leader in their sector, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team. Oversee the financial operations of the company, managing a dedicated team of 30 professionals.Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's organic growth objectives.Support the company's Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) strategy, identifying opportunities and driving successful integrations.Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors.Ensure robust financial controls, reporting, and compliance across the organisation.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the finance team.
Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within a medium size business (Between £50m and £400m turnover).Strong expertise in all elements of finance, including transactional finance processes, treasury and FX, managing 3rd party suppliers and external auditors and FP&A.Demonstrated success in driving organic growth and executing M&A strategies.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
