One of our customers, a global law firm is looking for a Communications Consultant with a legal background for a 6 months contract role in the UK.

Job Title: Interim Communications Consultant

Duration: 6 Months

Work Schedule: 4-5 Days a Week

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Interim Communications Consultant to join our customer for a 6-month period. The ideal candidate will possess experience working within law firms, and have a strong background in employee-focused communications. This role requires expertise in strategy creation, planning, delivery, and execution of communication initiatives, with a particular focus on navigating change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies tailored to legal environments and employee needs.
  • Plan, execute, and manage communication projects and campaigns effectively.
  • Provide expert guidance on change management communication within a legal context.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure both written and visual content is compelling and effective.
  • Contract and liaise with design professionals to create high-quality visual presentations and materials.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in legal communications, ideally within law firms.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute employee-focused communication strategies.
  • Expertise in change management communication and legal sector nuances.
  • Proficiency in contracting and working with designers for visual content.
  • Strong presentation skills with an ability to produce impactful graphics and visuals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in communications, particularly in a legal setting.
  • Proficient in strategic communication planning and execution.
  • Ability to create engaging visual and written content.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with design professionals.
