Account Manager This Role would suit someone who is organised and understands how to organise shipping products. Responsibilities Day to day management and relationship building of international customers. Drive volume growth through our existing customer base by seeking and developing all opportunities that are the right fit for our business. Identify, research and deliver any new business opportunities that fit the business strategy. Provide, as directed, accurate and timely reports. To ensure that the service and operation is delivered in line with the client's expectations and achieving all set financial targets and budgets. Be point of contact for clients with account queries. Providing and maintaining the quality of service delivery. Act in accordance with all company policies and rules as detailed in the company handbook. Undertake any other appropriate duties as requested. Required skills Proven account management required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. Benefits £33k per annum 23 days holiday Pension Scheme 40 Hrs per week- 8-30 to 5.30 (Hour lunch)
