As the Engineering Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management of a site with approximately 5 employees. You'll ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while strategically planning and managing budgets. Your technical expertise will be key in handling electro-mechanical tasks, managing system improvements, and leading your team to success.


Here's what you'll be doing as the Engineering Site Manager

Develop and lead your team, providing technical and regulatory training.
Respond to electro-mechanical tasks and manage system improvements.
Uphold high safety standards and conduct risk assessments.
To be successful as the Engineering Site Manager, you'll have:

A minimum of HNC/D or a relevant higher engineering qualification.
Technical skills encompassing software systems, server architecture, networks, and electro-mechanical installations.
Strong data analysis and report writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
