EUC Engineer – Milton Keynes (Hybrid) – SC or DV Cleared
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a global brand for an experienced EUC (End-User Computing) Engineer to deliver and support desktop, endpoint, and workplace technologies across the organisation. The role focuses on ensuring reliable, secure, and optimised end-user computing services, while contributing to strategic technology initiatives. SC or DV Clearance is required.

Role & Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support end-user computing solutions including desktops, laptops, VDI, and collaboration tools
Troubleshoot and resolve complex EUC issues, providing expert-level 2nd and 3rd-line support
Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver seamless end-user experiences
Maintain, update, and optimise EUC environments to ensure performance, availability, and security
Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles
Participate in projects to deploy new EUC solutions, upgrades, and enhancements
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure effective communication

Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in EUC engineering within enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, VDI, endpoint management, and collaboration technologies
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, SCCM, or similar tools
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Requires SC or DV Clearance (or SC with eligibility for DV)

Package
~ Hybrid role based in Milton Keynes
~24-month initial fixed-term contract
~ Excellent package including a 33% pension contribution
