A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven candidate to join the award winning team behind one of the UK’s market-leading education companies as they embark on an exciting new venture offering primary aged students access to affordable, cutting edge and screen-free private tuition in their brand new, state of the art centre based in High Wycombe. This role offers the chance to be part of a new learning business at its inception, with ample opportunities for growth and development alongside the company.
In this role, you'll receive comprehensive management training, making it ideal for someone passionate about working with children and eager to play a part in shaping young minds as well as business management. The company provides extensive training and professional development, ensuring plenty of scope for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Director with overall management and operations of the centre
- Tutoring students in English and Maths
- Acting as a role model for other staff and assisting with training as needed
- Marking initial assessments and creating students’ Learning Plans from our curriculum
- Tracking students’ progress and managing the rewards system
- Onboarding new students and ensuring they have the appropriate materials
- Monitoring and updating student records
- Serving as the qualified first aider on site (full training provided)
- Serving as the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (full training provided)
- Scheduling and time tracking for tutors
- Contributing to sales and marketing efforts to attract new members
Ideally you'll be a bright school leaver or graduate with either some tutoring experience under your belt or a demonstrable passion for working with children. You'll be ambitious and eager to learn with first rate communication and organisation skills.

- Hours: Full Time; 11am - 8pm or 9am - 6pm five days per week, which will include alternate Saturdays (based full time from the centre)
