Direct Meats (Knights Farm) Ltd is a fast-growing specialist meat provider supplying restaurants across the whole of the UK, with a strong presence in London, wholesale, private retail, delicatessens and the export market.

Job description / Responsibilities:

-To cut and prepare multi species to required specifications from production lists,

-Operating in a manor to comply with HACCP requirements and in line with Direct Meats policies and procedures and relevant Health and Safety regulations,

-To ensure traceability information stays with the product whilst on the cutting line
