We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead this award-winning dining establishment in Ribble Valley. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a passionate kitchen and Front of House team, known for their creativity and commitment to local, seasonal produce. As a leader in this venue, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards and enhancing their reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction and service.
Ideal Profile:

Proven experience managing an AA Rosette standard venue or similar high-quality dining environment
Innate ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs, enhancing their overall dining experience with every interaction
Strong leadership skills with experience in motivating, leading, and developing a team, promoting a positive work environment that encourages staff excellence and retention
Skilled in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing profitability while upholding the highest standards of service and quality
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, resolve operational challenges, and ensure smooth restaurant operations
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring all services meet the high standards expected
Engage proactively with guests, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and ensuring a memorable dining experience to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff; schedule shifts, conduct performance evaluations, and develop training programs to elevate service standards
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring offerings align with guest preferences and seasonal availability
Manage the restaurant's budget, control inventory, and analyse financial performance to meet revenue and cost targets
Work with the team to promote the restaurant, develop special events and promotions, and maintain the restaurant's prestigious image
