You - Our ideal person has a SaaS OR On-Prem software or IT/Tech/software services background. And with a significant service desk leadership career.
Your main focus will be to implement and drive the best-in-class Service Delivery to customers.

Your Overall Responsibilities will include:
- Service Delivery & Operations
- Leadership & Management
- Change Management
- Process Improvement & Reporting
- Incident and Problem Management
- Customer Centric Support & Relationship Management
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Is this YOU - these are the skills needed:
- Ideally, you would have already about 7+ years of Service Desk Management
- ITIL
- Degree in IT, OR equivalent
- Managed Services, OR, Software Services
- worked in Metrix measurements: SLA, FCR, CSAT, ATR, Change Management, Incident Management
Location: Chorley - and Hybrid is on offer if you're based in Lancashire/North West.
