Our client is leading the charge in revolutionising in-store promotions with their award-winning Point of Sale (POS) Solutions. Their unwavering commitment to excellence and customer-centric approach makes them the go-to choice for top brands. As the Senior Account Manager, reporting directly to the Sales Director Display, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and seizing sales opportunities with key multinational FMCG customers. Your role is crucial in leading senior relationships, optimising structural design, and securing new business sales with industry leaders.
Your responsibilities include managing existing accounts, forging new business relationships, and maintaining stellar customer satisfaction. Collaborating seamlessly with internal teams, you'll craft strategic business plans and provide precise sales forecasting to drive success. They are seeking individuals with a deep understanding of Display market requirements, impeccable communication skills, and a knack for selling to major brand owners. Proficiency in project management and data analysis is essential for this role. Regular travel between their sites and customers within the UK and Europe is required for this role.

Proven track record in managing complex FMCG customers, demonstrating proficiency in sales strategies and achieving targets.
Analytically minded individual, comfortable with interpreting complex data and systems to make informed decisions.
Demonstrated commercial awareness with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office products for effective communication and data analysis.
Ability to manage projects effectively, communicating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Experience in maintaining excellent customer relationships and influencing growth, with proficiency in managing customer SLAs and account plans.
Proficiency in additional languages relevant to European markets, facilitating communication with customers and internal teams during travel within Europe.
