Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Social Worker within the Adolescent Safeguarding Team to work full time based in Woking, Surrey.


The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is up to £45,519 per annum.



Take professional responsibility as directed for managing a caseload which will include individuals, children, families and carers who require support and guidance. Demonstrate confident and effective judgement about risk and accountability in decision making.
Understand the forms of harm and their impact on people and be able to identify safeguarding concerns.
Where relevant and with support undertake assessment and planning for safeguarding.
Take professional and personal responsibility for clear recording of analysis and judgements, maintaining up to date case work records on the database as required by Surrey.
Take responsibility for working within the Directorates data protection policies.

Social work qualification with registration with Social Work England.
Experience in managing social work caseloads and supervising others.
Experience of community and/or group work.
Knowledge of children’s health and social care systems, agencies, and relevant legislation.
