Join a well-established training provider with over 60 years of experience, operating across Scotland, England, and Wales. The organisation employs around 400 staff and is renowned for its outstanding training programmes and excellent career development opportunities.

In this hands-on role, you will oversee the delivery of construction education, managing curriculum development, quality assurance, and budgetary control. You will lead a team, including Programme Managers and the Delivery Team, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and assessment in both apprenticeship and commercial programmes.

Lead curriculum management and support teams
Implement strategies to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant construction training
Ensure compliance with Ofsted and other industry standards
Manage the delivery of apprenticeship and commercial programmes
A construction-related background with relevant qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Construction Education training programmes
Strong understanding of funding rules for apprenticeships
Proven track record of managing performance through people
Proven ability to deliver curriculum efficiencies and drive high performance
Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification
Enhanced DBS check
Full driving licence
Flexibility with working hours and the ability to travel across the UK as required
