We are currently seeking both Laser/Punch and Press Brake Machine Operators. This role offers:

  • Salary of £25,000 to £30,000 +, depending upon your experience
  • 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1pm finish on Fridays
  • Overtime is available
We are looking for someone who is:
  • Hard-working
  • Reliable
  • Eager to learn new skills
  • Able to communicate well
  • A team player
  • Productive and effective
On a day to day basis you will:
  • Operate, set and programme the CNC machinery (full training given on machine specifics)
  • Work from engineering technical drawings
  • Work to proper safety systems and standards
  • Work to close tolerances with small volumes
  • Perform quality checks as you go
If you have sheet metal experience, or experience of working with aerospace/defence sectors, this would be an advantage.
