The Process Design & Data Analystwill be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing businessprocesses and data within the Enterprise Service Management platform. This roleinvolves collaborating with various functional areas to identify businessrequirements and implement streamlined workflows.

About the role:

As part of this role, the successful candidatewill:

Responsibilities:

  • Capturesbusiness and core configuration requirements, ensuring a thoroughunderstanding of organizational needs
  • Createdetailed process maps and documentation to illustrate current and proposedworkflows
  • Analyzedata to identify patterns, trends, and areas for optimization
  • Validatesthe application functionality built by developer(s) and the systemadministrator(s) prior to promoting configuration into production
  • Workswith the platform team to develop release estimates and supports testingefforts during sprints
  • Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, providing data analysis and insights toenhance business processes, including continuous improvement opportunities
  • Participatein other duties and projects as directed by the Service Managementleadership team.
  • Thisis a global role requiring regular work outside normal business hours tocommunicate with people in multiple time zones.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’sDegree in Information Technology or substantial equivalent experience withan emphasis on business process and data analysis related field orequivalent work experience.
  • ServiceNowCSA or CIS (any module) is a must; ServiceNow development experience inreporting or Performance Analytics is preferred
  • ScrumMaster certification is preferred
  • Experiencein business analysis and configuration or administration of ITSM and HRSDapplications is required
  • Experiencewith managing a Service Management application in a law firm would behighly desirable
  • Globalthinking and experience are preferred
  • Experiencein ServiceNow implementation is a must
  • Abilityto operate effectively/independently with minimal support
  • Well-developedinterpersonal skills including the ability to communicate, both writtenand orally, and in a clear and straightforward manner
