Production Operatives Needed

Our client, a global leader in the food, beverage & tobacco industry, is renowned for their impactful taste solutions that delight consumers worldwide. With a strong commitment to innovation and quality, they have established themselves as the go-to choice for flavourings and extracts.

Assemble raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing of finished products.
Manage automated methods and temperatures to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
Communicate and coordinate with the production team to meet production schedules.
Participate in regular shift-related meetings to provide critical information.
Basic Maths and English skills.
Desire to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
Competitive hourly rate starting from £13.Full-time position with a rotating shift pattern : 75 hrs per week on a 2 week rotating shift pattern (Week 1 - 5.Temporary to permanent contract.
Opportunities for growth and development.
Training in COSHH, food handling, and hygiene/HACCP.
